1. Adults only
You must be 18 or older to use SimpCity Community, the boards on this domain, and the live areas beyond the colored buttons. If you are not, do not make an account and do not post.
2. No harassment or private details
No threats, no pile-ons, no hate, and no posting someone else’s personal information, contact details, or anything they did not put here themselves. “Everyone already knows” is not an exception.
3. Stay in the lane
Notices are for staff news. The lounge is for talk. The request desk is one subject per thread. Support is for access and navigation. The map is the forums guide. A post in the wrong lane can be moved or removed.
4. Titles have to say something
Name the subject. Do not use all-caps, misleading tags, or a title that could sit on any thread. Habits are spelled out in titles that scan.
5. Search, then reply in the original
Duplicates get merged. Bumping with no new sentence gets treated as noise. Read search before you ask if this keeps happening to you.
6. No drive-by ads
Do not drop unrelated services, referral schemes, or spam. A recommendation inside a real discussion is not the same thing as a first post that is only a link. Staff decide which is which.
7. Staff calls stand until an appeal
Arguing a removal in three public threads does not reopen it. Use the report and appeal path in what staff actually reads.
8. One account
Do not share logins, and do not keep a spare account to dodge a limit. Credential posts are removed on sight.
Reporting
Use the report control on the post and name the rule. Do not recruit a dogpile. Account trouble that is not a rule break belongs in the Help Center or on the support floor. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy sit beside these rules, not underneath them as optional reading.
