1. Who can use it
SimpCity Community is for people 18 and older. Opening any page is you saying that you meet that age. The Forum Rules repeat the same line because it is not a footnote.
2. What this domain is
simpcity.holiday is an index: board descriptions, sample threads, and policy pages. The colored buttons continue to other services that have their own terms. Once you are there, those terms apply as well as these.
3. Accounts you open elsewhere
If you register on a linked forum, you are responsible for that login and for everything done with it. Do not share it, do not try to use someone else’s, and do not keep a second account to step around a limit.
4. Acceptable use
Do not harass people, break the law, spam the boards, scrape the site in a way that degrades it, or try to disrupt the host. The day-to-day version of this paragraph is the Forum Rules. Breaking those is breaking these terms.
5. Posts
You are responsible for what you write. Staff may edit a title, move a thread, or remove a post that breaks the rules or the law. Pages on this domain can change without a separate announcement, though real housekeeping is also posted on Official Notices.
6. No warranty
The site is offered as it stands. We do not promise that it will be up every minute, that every sample reply is still the latest word, or that a third-party destination will behave the way you hope.
